It’s time for the 2018 MLS All-Star game! This year marks the 14th in a row the MLS All-Stars have faced an international team for the match. Previous opponents include Chelsea, Bayern Munich, Tottenham and Real Madrid.
This year’s match will be played against Juventus FC in Atlanta. Fans can not only expect talented players and amazing soccer, but several fun events surrounding the MLS All-Star Match.

MLS All-Stars vs. Juventus– August 1, 7:30 PM at Mercedes Benz Stadium
The Italian club, Juventus FC is this year’s MLS All-star opponent. Atlanta residents are in for a treat, as this epic match full of talented players is being played at Mercedes-Benz Stadium! The MLS All-Star team is comprised players picked from teams across Major League Soccer. These players are the best of the best, representing Major League Soccer’s star athletes.
As for the Italian team, Juventus is also a talented team. The club has won 34 official league titles, 13 Coppa Italia titles, and seven National Super Cups. Additionally, the team boasts two Intercontinental Cups, two European Cups, and one European Winner’s Cup. Needless to say, Juventus is a mighty competitor for the MLS All-Star team.
MLS All-Star Matchday Timeline
- 2:30 PM- Parking lots open! Be sure to purchase parking ahead of time, and check your lot details for tailgating rules.
- 3:00 PM- Soccer Celebration: A FREE soccer celebration will take place at International Plaza, with player appearances, prizes, and interactive games!
- 5:30 PM- Gates are open! Fans may enter the stadium for drinks, food, and pregame festivities.
- 6:15 PM- The team arrives! Head to the Front Porch to give the MLS All-Stars a grand welcome.
- 6:20 PM: The Golden Spike arrives and is available for signing.
- 7:30 PM: Take your seats, MLS All-Stars vs. Juventus kicks off!
