There are some great Atlanta Braves games coming in May! After being on the road for weeks, the Braves return to Turner Field for two home series in May, against the Tampa Bay Rays and Milwaukee Brewers. Check out some of these great Braves games, and the perks that come along with them!
May 20th- Atlanta Braves vs. Tampa Bay Rays
The perks:
- Javy Lopez Bobblehead Day: Presented by Coca-Cola!, this is definitely one of the best promotional days at Turner Field this year! The first 20,000 fans through the gates at Turner Field will receive a Javy Lopez Bobblehead! Javy Lopez is a legend in Braves country, and many bobbleheads become collector’s items. Be sure to show up to the game early if you want to receive one of these giveaways. Also, buy your tickets to this game ahead of time. Bobblehead Days will sell out!
May 23rd- Atlanta Braves vs. Milwaukee Brewers
The perks:
- Military Appreciation Night: The Braves will honor the men and women who serve the United States of America. It is always a sight to see when the Atlanta Braves bring enlisted and former military members on the field to celebrate their service to our country.
- Yoga Day: There are ticket packages available which include an outfield ticket, custom yoga mat, and a yoga class at Turner Field!
- Boy Scouts Day: Boy Scouts receive a commemorative patch and perform in a pre-game parade.
- Movie Night: Stick around after the game to see a screening of the beloved movie The Sandlot. You’re killing me smalls!
May 24th- Atlanta Braves vs. Milwaukee Brewers
The perks:
- Alumni Sunday: Autographs are available on Alumni Sundays from former Braves! Two hours before the start of the game, Braves greats Marquis Grissom, Terry Harper, and Vic Correll will be available for autographs in the Braves Fan Plaza.
- Kids Pre-Game Parade: Kids 14 and under can participate in a pre-game parade around Turner Field!
- Postgame Concert: Christian contemporary band, Tenth Avenue North, will perform post-game on May 24th. This is an exciting opportunity to see a show for free after a Braves game, as part of the Braves Concert Series.
