Atlanta United FC’s inaugural season was a wild ride. Crowds at Mercedes-Benz Stadium set several attendance records! Atlanta United also made the playoffs. Who knows what will happen in their second year? Check out some of our favorite games in 2018:

Atlanta United FC 2018 Season
Mercedes-Benz will host 17 home games throughout the 2018 season. The new MLS team was so popular last year, Mercedes-Benz Stadium has decided to open the 300 level for four home games, including the home opener! The second expanded configuration will be against Florida rivals, Orlando City SC. Additionally, the upper levels will be open for the matches against the Seattle Sounders and Real Salt Lake. Previously, when the 300 level has been open, more than 70,000 fans packed Mercedes-Benz Stadium!
In 2017 Atlanta United was the second highest scoring team in Major League Soccer with 70 goals. Leading scorer Josef Martinez missed 10 of those games. With Martinez healthy, Atlanta is sure to score even more goals in the 2018 season! Another plus: Atlanta United signed U.S. National team midfielder Darlington Nagbe! 2018 is sure to be an amazing season!
