The Atlanta Braves have an exciting series ahead versus the Los Angeles Dodgers! Additionally, it is Alumni Weekend! Braves greats from the past will be available all weekend for autographs, photos and more! It is sure to be fun for the entire family. Check out the weekend events for the upcoming homestand.
Alumni Weekend: Friday, August 16
7:20 PM at SunTrust Park- Braves vs. Dodgers
- Braves Legends Parade– It’s the Alumni Weekend kickoff! The Braves Legends Parade begins at 6:00 pm at Pepper Boxing in The Battery Atlanta. Check out your favorite Braves of the past marching in this fun parade.
- Red Carpet Introductions– The Braves Legends will be announced on the field, red carpet style! Arrive at your seat early to see this event starting at 7:00 pm!
- Friday Red Out– Each Friday, the Braves don their red home jerseys. Fans are encouraged to do the same to “Red Out” the stadium.
- Friday Night Fireworks– Stay in your seats after the game! The Braves put on a great show above SunTrust Park each Friday.
Alumni Weekend: Saturday, August 17
7:20 PM at SunTrust Park- Braves vs. Dodgers
- Plaza Concert– Noah Guthrie and Good Trouble will play a FREE concert on the Georgia Power Pavillion stage from 5:30 pm- 6:30 pm.
- Alumni Autographs– Enter the stadium early to meet some of your favorite Braves players! Alumni will be available throughout SunTrust Park for autographs.
- Softball Home Run Derby– Braves Alumni will play in a softball home run derby! Head to your seat early for this fun event, starting at 6:30 pm!
Alumni Weekend: Sunday, August 18
1:20 PM at SunTrust Park- Braves vs. Dodgers
- Kids Gate Giveaway– The first 5,000 kids through the gates will receive an Alumni themed baseball card pack. Arrive early for this special keepsake!
- Free Games for Kids– Children ages 14 and under can play free games in Hope and Will’s Sandlot on Sundays!
- Kids Run the Bases– After the game, kids ages 14 and under can run the bases of SunTrust Park, just like their favorite Braves players.
- Alumni Photos– Beginning at 11:45 am, fans can step onto the field for photos with Braves legends.
- Alumni Q&A– Head to the Georgia Power Pavillion at 12:20 pm for a special Q&A session with Braves of the past.

There are so many exciting events this weekend, this is definitely not a series to be missed! Head down to SunTrust Park to meet Braves Alumni, see fantastic fireworks, and participate in several family-friendly activities.
