Twenty years ago before companies like StubHub were founded, the secondary ticket industry consisted of scalpers reselling seats nearby venues. Sometimes the tickets were fake. This created a bad image for the industry, but that all changed quickly with the help of major exchanges and the National Association of Ticket Brokers.
Seats that we sell on our web site are always authentic. That means you’re guaranteed entry into the event. We cover all orders with our 200% Buyer Guarantee.
Other brokers charge clients extra for their purchase protection program. However, we offer this service for free!
Front Row Seats delivers the exact tickets you ordered and promises that at least one delivery attempt will be made before the event. Sometimes we have electronic delivery available and tickets can be sent via email.
What if the event is postponed?
In the case where the event is postponed, your tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date. If the event is permanently cancelled, a sales rep will coordinate with you to offer a full refund of the ticket price, including any fees.
Why is the name different on the tickets?
When tickets are resold on the secondary market, they usually have the name of the season ticket holder on the seats. The name printed on the tickets serves little purpose. Venues only scan the barcodes.
From time to time, we will change the name on the tickets to match the client’s name.
Am I buying from reputable company?
