The Atlanta Braves have discontinued the ability to use print-at-home paper tickets (PDFs) at SunTrust Park. All tickets now will now be available as mobile delivery. So what does this mean and how do you get your Braves tickets? Learn how to access your digital tickets with this guide.
Braves Mobile Ticket Delivery Instructions
In some cases, your tickets may not be available immediately. Be sure to check the delivery date on your order confirmation. You’ll receive an email from the Atlanta Braves once your tickets are transferred to your account.
If you already have an account, all you need to do is claim the tickets when you get the email from the Braves.
Keep in mind, you must log in to the Atlanta Braves Account Manager on your mobile device. As you can only view your tickets on a smartphone.

What if I don’t see my tickets?
If you don’t see your tickets, be sure to check these tabs in the Atlanta Braves Account Manager:
- Activity: In the activity tab, you can see all information about your transfers. If you have not fully accepted your tickets, you may do so here.
- Next Event: If you have multiple tickets for multiple events, the closest upcoming Braves tickets will be here.
- All Events: If your event is some time in the future, your tickets may be located here. All accepted Braves tickets will be here.
Remember to click the “Accept Tickets” link in the email you received from the Braves. If you have not received the email, check your spam folder!
