The Atlanta Braves have announced some exciting news! Atlanta is set to host the MLB All-Star Game in 2025! Hosting this high profile event is an incredible honor. The MLB All-Star Game will bring a week-long schedule of baseball-themed activities to Atlanta. It is a great opportunity for fans and players alike to witness the greatness of the Atlanta Braves home field, Truist Park.
Atlanta to host 2025 MLB All-Star Game
Atlanta was initially set to host the All-Star Game in 2021, but due to unfortunate circumstances, the game was moved to Coors Field. Four years later, Braves country is getting another chance. MLB Commissioner Rob Manfred made the announcement Thursday.
This will be the third time Atlanta has hosted the All-Star Game. The first was in 1972 at Atlanta Stadium, with the second being held at Turner Field in the year 2000. Twenty-five years later, the Midsummer Classic returns to Georgia. The Braves Organization said, “This will be an exciting and unique opportunity to showcase all that our organization, our partners, and our city have to offer.”
