The Atlanta Braves have an exciting weekend coming up! The Braves will play a four-game series against the Los Angeles Dodgers beginning this Thursday. Game Highlight: Avett Brothers Postgame Concert
The Braves will kick off their homestand against the Dodgers on Thursday evening. Be sure to stay in your seats after the game. There is a FREE concert!
The Avett Brothers will perform postgame. The American folk rock band is known for hits such as “No Hard Feelings” and “Ain’t No Man.” Concert venues across the nation are constantly packed out for the Avett Brothers shows, and Braves fans are lucky enough to get a free concert!

Game Highlight: Friday Night Fireworks
Fridays are always special at SunTrust Park. Not only can fans attend a fun Braves game after a long work week, but there is a fantastic fireworks show postgame. Friday Night Fireworks will be in full swing! The pyrotechnic display has been voted the best in the SouthEast. The fireworks are always tuned to some fantastic music as well.
Additionally, the Braves have another sweet deal for fans. To celebrate Hall of Fame Induction weekend, all ticketholders for the July 28th and July 29th game can receive free admission to the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum by showing their ticket stubs. For those with mobile tickets, be sure to check in at the ballpark as proof!

Game Highlight: Christmas in July
The Braves are moving back to Saturday evening games! Luckily for fans, this may provide a break in the high temperatures. This Saturday is Christmas in July at SunTrust Park! Be sure to check out all the fun pregame activities. For example, Santa will make an appearance in The Battery. The Park will transform into a Winter Wonderland, and don’t be surprised to see fans walking around in Christmas themed garb!
As an homage to Christmas in July, Braves players, coaches and staff visited children’s hospitals across the Atlanta area to spread holiday cheer!

Game Highlights: Alumni Sunday / Chipper Jones Hall of Fame Induction / Kids Run the Bases
This Sunday is extra special at SunTrust Park! Check out all the fun events:
- Alumni Sunday: Beginning at 11:30 AM, Braves greats from the past are available for photos and autographs at the Georgia Power Pavilion Stage. This Sunday features Brian Jordan, Marcus Giles, Mark Lemke and Kevin Millwood.
- Blooper Meet and Greet: The Braves newest mascot, Blooper, is available for a Meet and Greet before the game! Take a photo with the goofy mascot in The Battery, and grab some food samples as well!
- Braves Giveaway: This Sunday the first 40,000 fans through the gates will receive a pack of collectable player cards!
- Chipper Jones Hall of Fame Induction: We saved the best for last! After the Braves vs. Dodgers game on Sunday, there will be a Hall of Fame Induction for Chipper Jones. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to watch #10 get officially inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame!
- Kids Run the Bases: After the game, kids 14 and under can run around the bases, just like their favorite Braves players!
