Let’s get excited Five Stripes fans! Atlanta United has made it to the next round of the playoffs. The Eastern Conference Final begins this Wednesday in Atlanta. Head down to Mercedes-Benz Stadium to cheer on Atlanta United as they make a play for MLS Cup once again.
Eastern Conference Finals Timeline
Atlanta United FC vs. Toronto FC- October 30, 8:00pm
- 7:00 am- For the rowdiest of Five Stripes fans: The Gulch is open! Also known as Lot A.
- 3:00 pm- Parking lots open! Get ready to tailgate (approved lots only).
- 6:00 pm- The box office opens.
- 6:30 pm- The Gates and Team Store are open! Additionally, the Golden Spike is available to sign.
- 6:45 pm- The Support March starts in the Gulch, and marches through to Gate 2.
- 7:21 pm- Team warm-ups begin.
- 7:55 pm- First, the Golden Spike arrives at the field. Then, the National Anthem is performed.
- 8:00 pm- It’s time for Kickoff!
Important Minute Marks:
- 45 minutes- Halftime
- 75 minutes- Alcohol sales end
- 90 minutes- Match end (after stoppage time)
- 5 minutes after the match- The Golden Spike Ceremony
- If Atlanta United wins the Eastern Conference, there will be a trophy ceremony held on the field. Stick around!

- Mercedes-Benz Stadium is cashless.
- The Clear Bag policy is in effect. Be sure to ensure your bag is permitted.
- Children taller than 33 inches will require their own ticket.
- MARTA is a great way to get to the stadium. The closest MARTA station is the GWCC/Philips Arena/CNN Center Station
MLS Cup Playoffs Tickets
There is still time to grab your tickets to the Eastern Conference Finals at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. There are several ticket available for under $80! It’s best to purchase ahead of time, as playoff matches tend to sell out. Additionally, purchase your parking pass ahead of time to secure the closest parking spots. Our favorite parking lots are the Red Deck, Home Depot Lot, and Lot A/The Gulch. Undoubtedly, Lot A is for true tailgaters- be prepared to get rowdy!
If Atlanta United wins the Eastern Conference playoffs, the team will advance to the MLS Cup Final! If LAFC loses in the Western Conference playoffs, the MLS Cup will be held at Mercedes-Benz Stadium once again. In 2019, Atlanta United won the championship at home.
