The Georgia Dome is one of the largest football stadiums in the country. The venue opened in 1992 as a multipurpose stadium. It is home to the Atlanta Falcons and Chick-fil-A Bowl. With over 70,000 seats available at the Dome, it can be tough to find the best Atlanta Falcons seats. Our guide includes the best seats in each level of the stadium.
100 Level – Best Lower Level Seats
The 100 level at the Georgia Dome offers some fantastic views. The most popular seats in the secondary market are lower endzone tickets. Endzone seats offer a good view of the entire football field and are reasonably priced. These tickets usually sell out quickly.
50 yard line tickets are always also highly sought after. I prefer to sit a few rows higher than the front row for a football game. Therefore my favorite seats in the lower level are in section 136, row 4. These seats are behind the visitor’s bench and offer an excellent view of the entire stadium. These seats put you in the action with the drama on the sideline!
200 Level – Best Club Level Seats
The Verizon Wireless Club has some great amenities. There are two lounges with full bars, craft beers, and flat-screen TVs. These incredible benefits usually translate into some of the most expensive Atlanta Falcons ticket prices in the Georgia Dome. For key games like the matchup versus the Pittsburgh Steelers, club tickets start as much as $240. However, there are great deals available on club seats.
For example, section 200, row 1 is a front row seat in the club and is located on the aisle. These tickets offer an unbelievable view of the football field . Since they are on the 10 yard line, the tickets cost 10%-15% less than other Falcons club seats on the market.
300 Level – Best Upper Level Seats
The cheapest Atlanta Falcons tickets can be found in the Upper Level at the Georgia Dome. However, fans do not need to sacrifice their view, just because they’re sitting higher up. In fact, some Falcons football fans prefer to sit in the Upper Level as they offer a great overall perspective of the entire football field.
With this in mind, I always suggest sitting at least 10 rows up so the view is not directly looking at the railing. When you sit higher up, the birds eye view becomes more clear. That’s why my favorite Upper Level seats are in section 322, row 15. These seats start as low as $59 for some of the Falcons 2014 games.
Best Group Seats at the Georgia Dome
If you’re looking to purchase group seats, you can usually find great deals on Upper Level tickets. The Lower Endzone is also a very popular section for 8 or more tickets. Sometimes, you can find awesome deals on group Falcons tickets in the lower endzone.
