This upcoming weekend is Labor Day Weekend! The Atlanta Braves have a lot of fun activities in store for the holiday weekend. From Atlanta Braves gate giveaways to free concerts, this is sure to be a fun homestand. So grab your tickets and head down to SunTrust Park for an exciting Labor Day Weekend!
Labor Day Weekend with the Atlanta Braves
Braves vs. White Sox: Friday, August 30- 7:20 pm
Gate Giveaway- The first 15,000 fans will receive a very special keepsake! Arrive early to grab a free Freddi Freeman Funko POP!
Friday Night Fireworks- Each Friday after the game, the Braves put on an amazing fireworks show above the field.
Friday “Red Out”- On Fridays, the Braves don their red home jersey. Fans are also encouraged to wear red!
Braves vs. White Sox: Saturday, August 31- 7:20 pm
Batting Practice- The gates open four hours before first pitch on Saturdays, to allow fans to view the entirety of batting practice!
College Football Tailgate- It may be a baseball game, but the Braves are still excited about football! The Battery Atlanta Plaza is hosting a College Football Tailgate, starting at 2:00 pm.
Pre-game Concert- Head to the Battery early for a special pre-game concert by Erin Kirby!
Braves vs. White Sox: Sunday, September 1- 5:05 pm
Alumni Sunday- On Sundays, Braves greats of the past are available for autographs. Head to the Georgia Power Pavillion from 3-4 pm to meet Brian Jordan, Terri Pendleton, and Pete Smith.
Free Games for Kids- Kids ages 14 and under can enjoy free games in activities in Hope & Will’s Sandlot.
Steve Aoki Postgame Concert- Famed EDM DJ Steve Aoki will perform a free postgame concert after the game! Stick around for an awesome show by the award-winning DJ.
Kids Gate Giveaway- The first 5,000 kids through the gates will receive a BLOOPER backpack clip.
Braves vs. Blue Jays: Monday, September 2- 1:20 pm
UGA College Night- It’s UGA day at SunTrust Park! Show your Bulldog pride!
Kids Run the Bases- After the game, kids 14 and under can run the bases of SunTrust Park, just like their favorite Braves players!
