The ticketing world is changing! Many venues, such as Mercedes-Benz Stadium, have made the move to mobile tickets. This means a smart device like a cell phone is required to enter the venue for events.
Atlanta Falcons games, Atlanta United FC games, and concerts at Mercedes-Benz Stadium require mobile tickets. These tickets are a quick and easy way to access an event, no printing and paper required!
However, with new ticketing systems, come questions! How do I accept my tickets? Where are the barcodes? No worries Atlanta Fans, Front Row Seats has you covered! Just follow these steps to accept your Atlanta Falcons or Atlanta United FC tickets, and you will be at the game in the blink of an eye!
Your Mobile Ticket Link
Front Row Seats will send you an email as soon as your tickets are ready! The email will contain instructions on how to claim your tickets. Aditionally, your very own unique link will be included. Click this link to access your tickets!
Log Into the Account Manager
Once you click the link in the email from Front Row Seats, you will be brought to a log in page. Here, you can log in with your Ticketmaster account, or create a new one through the account manager! Keep in mind, it’s easiest to use the email entered when placing your order. And be sure to remember your password!
Claim Your Mobile Tickets
After you login to the Atlanta Falcons or Atlanta United Account Manager, you will be prompted to claim your seats. Once you are positive your seats are correct, click the “Claim” button. This will add the seats to your account. The tickets are now yours!
View Your Events
Once your tickets have been claimed, they will stay in your account. You can log into the Falcons or United Account Manager from your mobile phone any time to view them. If you are logging in from a desktop computer, the barcodes will not be available. If more than one event is present in the account, you may click on the game you wish to view.
Scan Your Mobile Ticket at the Gate
Keep in mind, barcodes will only be visible on your mobile device. Once you view your ticket, click “Scan Barcode” for the gate attendant to scan your ticket from your mobile device at the game. Apple users can also add the ticket to their Apple Wallet from here!
