American cosmologist and celebrity astrophysicist Neil deGrasse Tyson returns to Atlanta this Wednesday to speak at The Fabulous Fox Theatre.
For those who aren’t aware of Tyson’s presence and impact on modern social-science, his ability to use humor to simplify complex concepts around how the universe operates is why his profile has become synonymous with other celebrity scientists like Bill Nye or Michio Kaku.

Tour Reviews

I am a huge fan of Tyson and follow him religiously (no pun intended) on all of his podcasts and TV shows. Tonight’s performance was just as excellent as his past ones and he never seems to repeat any of his former material.
His presence and connection with the audience are excellent, as it feels like you really are hanging out with him, rather than seeing him perform.
I love his take on society and his advice on how we can take back our future. I highly recommend seeing him if you are able to!
Favorite Moment: When Dr. Tyson proved why George Cloony’s character in Gravity the movie didn’t have to float off into space and die.

What a great time and a wonderful evening! My wife and I saw Tyson for the first time and were both in love with this sense of humor and discussion on gravity. We would both see him again and hope that he comes back to the area soon!
Favorite Moment: The simulation of gravity was absolutely hilarious!!!

I wasn’t sure what to expect at this particular show, since I have seen Tyson speak before. I have to say, he never really repeats himself and always provides new content to his audiences, making his shows feel like they are genuine and brand new.
He is obviously extremely intelligent, but does a great job at articulating himself so that the entire audience is able to follow his every word, the entire time.
I highly recommend seeing Tyson if you have the chance, it will change your worldview on a lot of important subjects.
