Front Row Seats was founded in Atlanta, Georgia in 1992 and is a licensed ticket reseller. We have an A+ rating with the BBB and are members of the NATB.
Is my transaction safe?
Yes, when you shop at FrontRowSeats.com you can be assured that you are conducting a safe transaction. Our site is scanned daily by industry leaders in security scanning to protect your information and ensure our website is PCI (Payment Card Industry) Compliant. We also have the latest fraud protection technology installed in our system to protect our customers.
Can I purchase tickets over the phone?

Are the seats together?
Yes, all seats are together, side-by-side, unless otherwise noted.
How do I redeem a promo code?
1. Buy your tickets. You can review your order before it's final.
2. On the checkout page, under payment, select Redeem a Gift Card or Promo Code and enter your code.
3. The savings will automatically be deducted from your order total.
Do orders ship the same day?
Yes, if ordered by 5:00 pm EST, most tickets, if in-stock, will ship the same business day. E-Tickets, electronic transfers, and mobile tickets will usually be delivered within one business day, sometimes sooner.
Will I receive my "Instant Download" tickets as soon as I place my order?
In most cases, e-tickets or mobile tickets marked as “Instant Download” will be available for you to download within minutes of placing your order. However, to protect against fraudulent purchases, some orders may require additional processing time. If this applies to your order, it will be noted in your order confirmation email, and may take an additional 24-48 hours to be delivered.
What factors influence the ticket prices?
Secondary ticket prices are dynamic. Some events are more popular than others and prices change periodically. Sometimes, seats are sold below face value. Or, if tickets are more difficult to obtain, secondary ticket prices are usually priced above face value. Tickets to sold-out shows are regularly available on the secondary ticket market.
Are there any guarantees?
Yes! Once your order is confirmed, we guarantee your tickets will be authentic and arrive in time for the event. For additional information, read more about our 200% Guarantee.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, no. As our Terms of Use state, all sales are final. If you are no long interested in attending the event please contact us, and we can discuss reselling your tickets.
What if the event is cancelled?
If an event gets permanently cancelled, you will receive a refund. We are only able to issue refunds for events that are officially cancelled by the venue, team, or performer and not rescheduled. Otherwise, all sales are final.
The name on the tickets is not mine, is that okay?
Yes, the name on the tickets does not matter as the venue will only scan the barcodes on the tickets. The name on the ticket is entered by the original purchaser and is has no bearing on you being admitted into the venue. If you'd like us to change the name on the seats then please contact us.
I can only print the tickets in black and white, is that okay?
Yes, it does not matter if your tickets are printed in color, or if they are in black and white. The tickets must be printed clearly - especially the barcodes on the tickets.
You did not receive your tickets and your event is within 24-48 hours. Now what?
We're available to help! If you're event is within 24-48 hours and you have not received your tickets call us right away at (404) 633-2726. Select option 3 for Last Minute Services.
